RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns on items purchased via www.busicompany.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the item within 30 days.

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
BUSI Company is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost return packages.
SIZING & WEAR NOTICE
If the pants are too long, they may be damaged by the sharp steel edges of skis.
Choosing the correct size helps keep the pants looking fresh and performing at their best.
Please note:
Damage caused by ski steel edges is considered normal wear and is not covered by warranty.
BUSI Company cannot be held responsible for such damage.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer size exchanges.
If the size does not fit, please return the item and place a new order in the correct size.
RETURNING A PACKAGE
Before returning any item, contact us at support@busicompany.com
(Please include your order number in the email.)
Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the return shipment is correctly delivered and error-free.
Once we have received your return, please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed.
